Established in 1981 as the Overseas Subsidiary of the internationally renowned J B Boda Group of Companies, India.

J B Boda Group founded in 1943 by Late Mr. J B Boda, are the pioneers of Reinsurance Broking in Indian Sub Continent. His brother Late Mr. D B Boda joined him and the Group expanded gradually into insurance broking and allied services.

As the oldest and largest Insurance Broking House in India, J B Boda Group has on its role more than 1,000 Reinsurance Professionals working as Risk Engineers, Life Reinsurance and Valuation Professionals, Master Mariners, Licensed Surveyors, Average Adjusters and Chartered Accountants.
